About

The most valuable investment you will ever make, is in your health

I help create an optimal environment for the body to heal and perform at it’s very best, providing targeted hands-on treatment for the release of stress, pain and tension.

“With over a decade of experience, It has become my life’s work helping others suffering from pain, injury and tension”

I know first-hand how pain can affect our daily lives, having suffered with chronic back pain for many years. After various ineffective treatments, GP appointments and irrelevant scans I’d completely lost hope.

It was In 2011 that I discovered ‘soft tissue therapy’ and the results were remarkable. This is where my journey and passion for helping others began.

Maintenance Treatment

On the treatment table, the main focus is to relieve tension and tightness, leaving you feeling looser, less stagnant and re-charged. Stress will be reduced, through both physical and neurological changes and more often than not, most people won’t realise how much tension their body holds until after the session.

It doesn’t just stop there and there is a whole host of benefits you can experience through regular maintenance treatment.

  • Mental Clarity
  • Relaxation
  • Better Quality Movement
  • Improved Sleep
  • Enhanced Immune System
  • Enhanced Recovery

What you can expect from your first session

Consultation

This usually doesn’t take much time at all. It consists of taking a brief case history as well as your reasons for coming in for treatment. I may run some tests and postural assessments to ascertain what techniques will be best suited to you.

Treatment

Treatment with me is very specific and could include a number of techniques depending on your assessment, including general massage, soft tissue/fascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques (MET), stretching or joint mobilisation.

Aftercare

Although treatment with me is very hands-on, what you do outside of the treatment room can be just as valuable. That’s why I won’t just forget about you once you leave, and more often than not your session will be followed up with aftercare.
